It started with school shopping- I just love new school supplies!! I saw this
cute little note card holder for super cheap- around $1!!
Then I got some note cards...
The note card holder came with these cute little labels...
& then I found some cute scrapbook stickers to label the front...
I put all my favorite healthy meal & snacks on the note cards, then put them into their corresponding file. I will give you an example of 1 from each category

You can put whatever meals and snacks in there you would like! The key is you have many recipes and ideas easy to access at your fingertips. You can even put the Quick Pick Meals in your purse. I just like the idea of having lots of options, that way you don't get sick of eating healthy because you always have some great ideas! It's something that you can customize to whatever recipes you like and it cost next to nothing to make. There are so many great recipes online that everyone has access to for free! So just write them down and keep them in your own Quick Pick Meals!!!
Thanks for stopping by to my Fast Project Friday! Have a great weekend :)
