I am a mom of 2 busy kids, a wife, nurse and my husband and I own a healthy vending company and a couple of nutrition supplement stores. I love to find ways to make life smoother and more time to enjoy it!! I have found that the best ideas come from sharing with others and fitting in with what works with your own life!
